Emily Kennedy earned her bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University in 2015. After graduation, she moved to Seattle and joined the oncology service at a large specialty and emergency hospital, where she spent the next decade primarily focused on medical oncology. During that time, she also gained valuable experience in internal medicine, surgery, neurology, and emergency medicine. In 2016, Emily stepped into a leadership role and continued to expand her skills and responsibilities, ultimately developing a deep understanding of both patient care and team management.
A Fear Free Certified Professional, Mental Health First Aid Responder, and Recover Certified BLS & ALS rescuer, Emily is passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate environment for both pets and their families.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, and crocheting. She also loves caring for her horse and spending time at the barn whenever she can.
